just this winter i've decided to replace the e-brake cable... due to the fact it's loose as hell... was wondering how hard it is to replace and how to properly adjust the "ratcheting" e-brake handle....
are your rear brakes loose as well? cause if so you can adjust them to tighten them up.

My car may run 18s, but I can do your taxes in 10 seconds flat.
JBO lube - they would never have enough in stock and we'd never see RodimusPrime again
yeah i have the rear brakes tightened by the adjustment wheel... and they will lockup before my fronts will so their tight... but when i use the ebrake it barely locks the pass side, and will rarely locl the driver side... unless im on snow...

also when the car is "cold" the pass side sticks even with little brake applied... so i know i need to do the rear wheel cylinders...
