A while back i read a post about a vibrant front and rear combo strut bar for around $100. Does anyone know if there is a site that still sells this combo? Oh i have an 03 sunfire if it matters.

On the turbo tech racing website it says "Ecotec engine model must uses aftermarket intake system." why is this? the strut bar goes along the back of the engine but the intake is on the front of the engine.

I think that is a typo...

Yeh mine do not fit with the original intake system and had to relocate the Computer also.

the strut bar hits on the upper corner of the airbox. i was able to fit my ractive around the airbox and i modded the computer bracket like so...

I just bent my ECU bracket downward and my Vibrant fits, and about the intake i dunno, i already had my K&N installed

Thanks for the info guys. Just another question will a strut bar from say a 1995 j-body fit on my 2003 sunfire. I would think if other suspension components will these will too but i want to make sure. I have seen strut bars on ebay for fairly cheap but they have a lot more slection for older cars. I aksed on guy on ebay if the 1995 would fit on the 2003 and he said no but he might not know anything about cars.

the bar in my pic was made for the 2.4 cars. they should all be the same, it'll just be a matter of dealing with the airbox and the ecu on the passenger strut tower

For those with the vibrant rear strut bar, does it easily wobble when installed? How strong is it?

Mine doesnt wobble and what do you mean about its strenght?

I got the DC Sports bar in the front. Seems way more stable, and is made to fit around the stock ecu, there's like a little notch. Way better than my old Vibrant.
