what are good struts for drag racing?
all the companies are like "improves road holding" or something like that. I am looking for something more drag race specific that I can bolt on. I plan on adding springs later down the road to compliment the struts just not now.
I am looking at the tokico d-spec right now. It says on the ad that I can adjust bound and rebound myself but I have never owned these before. I have played with adjustable shocks just not these ones.
as far as streetability, this is not my only car so I am willing to live with some harshness in trade of less wheel hop.
anyone know?

chain the front springs down.
just time your launches to compensate for the suspension travel.
I just cant drive 55
I like softer but firm fronts and hard as hell in the rear. It helps to keep tracking IMO.

anythign adjustable will step up from stock.
adjust them all full firm, leave the rears there and slowly soften up the front till you have them as soft as possible without/ with minimal wheel hop
i have koni yellows and sportline springs...i set the struts to to firm in the back and soft in the front.
yeah, I think I am just going to go wththe tokico's.
either way it will be better than stock.
now I gotta pick out a spring.
tks for the input

for springs go with Ground controls if your getting the D-Specs, the higher springs rates then typical springs will make your car happy when launching
