Well....getting ready to order the Bear BBK for the front and rear...I've searched several threads and seems pretty straight forward. But as with anything...it's always nice to ask for insider info!
So...anything I should look out for or make sure of? Who's done the install? How long and any special tools? Anything I should order other then the kits? Thanks!
Eh...old man with a Corvette now...it was bound to happen sooner rather than later right?
first thing i would do is print out the template for their front brakes and see if it fits your wheels. i know you have 18s but the car i bought that has the 13" baer brakes up front, he couldnt use the one set of 18s because it was rubbing the caliper. the rears you should be fine since the are 12". i would just double check that first

I would agree, this is the biggest factor, you shouldnt need anything else.

You have to replace the spindle, and if they don't sperate from the ball joints easliy you buy new ball joints. That is plain and simple. Cars with a lot of miles or ones that have been in a winter or two have rust and other things that tend to make it hard.
