Air ride - Air Lift Question
Thursday, July 26, 2007 5:33 PM
Hey,
Someone is selling an Air lift (airride kit) in my area for $1600. He said he has it for 2 years now and prolly has 5000-10000 km on it and he didnt popped and bag yet since he got it. My question is.
1. Is that a fair price or im gonna get ripped off?
2. Is AirLift and EasyStreet the same brand of different?
3. Is it worth it?
4. Does anyone has this set up on their car? picture will be appreciated.

Thanks

Its an alright price depending on whats included, and yes easystreet is made by air lift, I have it on my cavalier and love it, as do many others on here who have the same thing. If the price includes everything youre going to need it isnt a bad price, but for a few hundred more you could get it brand new and still have a warranty

its actually not that much more expensive. 1600 cad equals 1,530.95 us dollars. so yea for about an extra 450-500 bucks you can get a brand new kit. id offer the kid 1200

Doesn't make much difference today, as it's something like 95 or 96 US cents to a CDN dollar. At the business where I work, it's already virtually a moot point.

Well I can say that I learned something today, because before I had no ideas of how the differences transfered over and now I do, but yea buy a new one that way you are guaranteed a warranty, all parts, and if some are missing they will send them for free.
