Wow! Thats the most technical autocross suspension elxplination I've seen available to the general public. I've been to seminars and classes that got that in-depth, but I've never seen it out in the open like this. Its too bad he didn't really put up ratio calculators and stuff for the people who don't understand what hes talking about (but they are available in plenty of Google searches).

All in all, I think this site would be best understood by someone who at least has a basic autocross background and is wanting to learn more about car setup. It could be a touch easier to understand for the beginner, but by the time they start getting into this type of thing, they should have already learned most of what hes talking about.
