Alright I put the D-Specs with Sportlines springs. I set the settings in the front just how i want it but i cant get the rear to stop bouncing like CRAZY!!!!

Whats the best way to set them, so when i hit bumps, it wont be so bouncy..
I tried looking at that post with the setting but i dont understand how the counted 6.5 for the rear..
Could someone be more descriptive...

With my d-specs and road magnet springs, I have mine set on 5 turns from full hard all the way around and it rides near stock and doesn't bounce at all even when I hit bumps. Sportlines I've heard you have to do full soft for them to ride stockish.

All the way soft on the d-specs is 7.5 complete turns from full hard. Don't go past 7.5 turns.

The set screw will begin to physically come out of the shaft if you keep turning beyond seven and a half turns. There is no "stop" to prevent this from happening. If it does happen, just turn it the other way and it should go back in. Counting turns really shouldn't be difficult though, especially with the nice adjustment tool they give you with the big red position marker.

Start by turning the adjustment screw clockwise until it stops. This is the harshest, firmest setting. Note the position of the red line mark on the knob, and if necessary pull the knob out and put it back in so the the red line is facing you and you can see it clearly. Turn the knob counter-clockwise until the red line is facing you again. That is "one turn" from full firm. Repeat until you've achieved the desired number of "turns". Typical settings for daily driving is between 5 and 7.5 turns, depending on your springs and comfort threshold.
