no, those rotors are for an early to mid 90's honda accord with the most retarded rotor setup ever. when you take the wheel off of one of those, all you see is the avle nut and a plate with 4 bolts in it (hence the holes). you have to undo the axle nut and either slide hammer the hell out of them to split the bearing, and get the whole hub off to change the rotor, or completely dismantle the suspension and do the same with a press. it pays 3.4 hours to change these where I work, if your good, or have the special tool they make for them ($250), it takes about a half hour. Oh and the cut out in the middle is to clear the inside of the hub and bearing housing.
I thought that looked familliar. I had to do some of these at a shop I worked at in Chantilly, VA. I was an apprentice there, I ended up just asking the tech I was working with to help me. These things are a PIA.
