just wrap some Duct Tape around it, it'll be fine.
Seriously though. Check a few sites like airbagsource.com or sucidedoors.com

Problem solved!!!! Special thanks to redecocav who just happened to have two spare bags laying around! LOL! Thanks for all advice!
yea if it happens again you can call and talk to jim at easy street and he will hook you up. for future use
Thanks everyone! By the way yellow22, i have been trying all sorts of things to throw sparks and i was wondering how you have yours set up? We welded hitch balls on the back but that lasted a couple of hours of play before they got knocked off. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
You'll need to fab up some drag blocks. I think his are on the front of the car, on the sub frame.
I am not sure where you could mount on the rear, keep them hidden, and keep them from destroying anything.

me and my buddy are working on fabbing up some drag blocks. I am just not sure exactly were to mount them. My new bags will be here wed or thurs so i hope to have the drag blocks on by then. My front right bag busted, then my head gasket blew the next day. I fixed the head gasket and know i am going to drag my friend over with his welder and see what we can do bout the blocks tonight.
i just weld mine to the subframe. ill be lucky if mine last an hour some times. but thats when i drag for surface dvd. they only usually last like a week. heres a pic of where i mount mine
dont mind the nasty looking trans pan it is fixed now
ok now my question to all of you.... is the easy street strut shorter than the stock strut? and does anyone have pictures of the struts side by side... and a picture of the strut mounts... thanks in advance. Justin
watch for flying sparks!!!
I have never compared them side by side but the strut bolt's right. Soo i guess that they are the same? I will be taking mine out tomorow to put the new bags on so i will try to take some pics for ya!
i would imagine they are close because when you lift all the way up you basicly reach stock ride hieght
the stock struts are a few inches longer than the easy street ones when they're off the car.... due to the fact that when you jack up a car with stocks you gotta go pretty high before the wheels come off the ground (i forget the real word 4 that, preload?)
