vibration when drive at any speed??

I have a 97 cavalier with koni yellow and ground control, 18” wheels. When driving at any speed there’s a loud vibration noise and I check more than twice to see if it was touching anything and nothing was touching. When I turn the wheel a little to the right the vibration goes away?? I was thinking it might be the strut mounts or the rack n pinion?? when you look at the tires it's more wear on outside, Any ideas??

Anything past 2" drop and you start wearing things out quickly. CVs are a likely culprit if you're not rubbing anything.

If you turn the wheel at speed and the noise/vibration goes away, there is a good chance it is your wheel bearing.

It is more than like that the bearing has broken from the hub. They tend to just split in half LOL. All that is holding your wheel on is your axle nut. I have had this happen 2 times already.
