I haven't bought mine yet.

I'm considering this as a future upgrade. I was thinking of using the pocket that's in the 03-05 headliners as a good spot. I don't know if there's room for the cabling though.

just an idea.

I'll be straping mine to the underside of the dash, just below the HVAC controls.

my plan for when i get it was to mount it inplace of the cig lighter on the dash bezel.. delete the cig lighter and mount the controller there but i havent seen how deep the controller is or anything as to if it would fit.. that or under the 2 center vents.. but again i havent really looked at it to see if it would work/fit..

It fits perfectly inside the gap of a plastic aftermarket radio adapter...well its a little tight but then you dont have to actually mount it, it just stays in place with tension.

Here is an example of how the EDFC was mounted on another car. Pretty cool looking setup.

I mounted mine under the HVAC. Like this. (click to make the pic's bigger)

And with the new design motors they still fit under my MRZ strut caps.

When you ordered your EDFC, did you get the all new hardware?
Or did you have to give them the newer part numbers?
