Does anyone know if there is a brake booster that will swap onto a third gen that is smaller in physical size?

why would you want a smaller one....bigger would help more in braking would it not?

I may run 18s, but I can do your taxes in 10 seconds flat.

I don't want more braking .... I need more space. I'm upgrading the brakes and I'll accept pressing the peddle harder in exchange for an extra ing or two under the hood.

Begs the question, why do you need more space? I doubt there's much that's smaller than what we have now and still does anything.

if your getting bigger brakes technically you should get a bigger booster. wich i dont think they make for out cars. so why would you want a smaller one PLUS big brakes just so you can have room. what could you possibly be doing to get more room???

I might be able to get buy with the stock one ... sounds like i will have too. The problem I have is my current intake pipe is 3" and rubs the booster .... the new one needs to be 4" .... just looking for other plans incase I can't drop the turbo lower.

You'll lose around 0.1 psi by going to 3" at ~15 psi boost, Going smaller will have more effect.

I'm not worried about a presure drop, running a more restrictive intake can increase surge and thats already a minor problem. I think I might have the issue worked out though .... new manifold design ... it the intake pipe wont fit I might just have to run a filter in the engine bay
