1. Jack car up, put on stands, take off wheels.
2. Take 6 sub frame bolts loose, use jack to keep subframe from falling in rear. (usually wont "fall" freely, but for safety sake just use the jack). Lower frame about 6 inches.
3. Take old whatever off. If you have no sway bar just take the bolt on the drivers side loose.
4. Slide bar in, it's tight and require some wiggleing, but it fits without taking anything else off. Make sure it's right side up!
5. Put bushings and clamps on, both are directional (front and back) so be careful about how they go on.
6. Put bolts on clamps, usually kinda hard to get at first, but it all fits. Only 1 bolt per side, you'll see.
7. Put 6 subframe bolts back in.
8. Attach endlinks, follow directions as to order of washers and bushings closely.
9. Wheels on, double check all bolts and whatnot. Lower vehicle and enjoy.

Its not how fast your car goes....its how much nerve the driver has to push it that fast.
