i cant get the 2 21mm bolts out of the front strut!!! i used impact wrench, breaker bar, etc. i cant get it off help!!
Spray a ton of PB blaster on them, let it sit, get a break over and a cheater pipe. If that doesn't work, I'm really not sure what would help you.

did you loosen the nut before you took it off the car?
if not theres your trouble, the shaft it turning when you turn the nut.
i think people are talking about 2 different things. are you talking about the nut at the top of the strut mount or the 2 bolts on the knuckle?
if you talking about the strut mount get a socket and an open end wrench. use the open end wrench to hold the shaft while you use the socket to remove the nut
And if you're talking about the bolts at the bottom, once the nuts are off the bolts will not twist, you have to beat them out. The bigger the sledge hammer the better, like at least #3.
