i did struts and springs in 3 1/2 hrs. by myself. springs should take about the same amount of time because you still have to disassemble the strut and mounts

first time was 4 hours but that included a trip to sears to pick something up so roughly 3 hours my first time ever doing suspension work.

heres a good tip to save alot of time.

pre-assemble the whole thing. get your springs on your struts, buy some bump stop and cut them in half and install them, then install the mounts. then all you have to do is swap out the corners and it will take 45 mins tops.

i hope your using lowering struts and not stock struts.

Certain tools make it much faster. An impact wrench and sledge hammer most notably.
My first time took a long time because I couldn't get the strut-knuckle bolts out (didn't know how). Now I can do all 4 in about 1.5 to 2 hours (depending on how many beer brakes I take.

Just did mine today... 2 hrs for my first time. Power tools might help you too, I didnt need any but it would make it alot quicker. I finished the fronts in about 40 min, but i had some practice with the rears...

About an hour for myself and a friend. We put the car up on jack stands and he attacked one side while I did the other. We had two compressors and impact wrenches, two sets of spring compressors, and enough tools to make Bob Vila cream himself. It goes sooo much quicker that way.

The right tools cut the time by 2 to 3 times or more in some cases.

myself and a friend - around an hour and a half for all 4 corners, one worked on the car at a time the other was the beer holder

yea, it was pretty simple, and straightforward, but me and my dad did it in about 2- 2.5 hours, because we're both slow, bickering bastards .

took my mechanic 40 minutes. very simple and straightforward job. just be careful with spring compressor. there's some mad force in those compressed springs.

I lowered my vert in 1/2 hour. Although, I did it at work with a lift, air tools, and a wall mounted spring compressor.
