Hey did anyone else have trouble getting those lower strut mount bolts out. I broke my craftsmen ratchet, almost broke the adjustable wrench, and only got one of each side off. I cant find a breaker bar for 3/8" drive. Im not in much of a rush so Im going to but a 7/8" wrench tomorrow but what did you guys use. and yes this is my first time doing suspension work on a car. So sorri for the remedial questions.

18mm socket and a 20 inch breaker bar. get them in 1/2 inch drive and forget about it.

Wierd mine are 21mm and thats what Im gonna do tomorrow though. I didnt wanna break anything but once I got 1 off then I knew I just had to pry em off. Thanx for the confirmation.

yeah the fronts are 21mm, and your not going to break those loose with a ratchet, allot of people have trouble with the back bolt for some reason.

Keep in mind that in the back it's a bolt going through a nut that's welded to the axle. Don't try to loosen the welded nut.
