This is for those who say they don't want to go through the trouble of cutting struts for Koni's and it is not that hard as you think. I did it after i saw it done once.
As testiment to Koni's we are not the only one that have inserts. Some may know about this already .
List of cars that use inserts and if they go through all the trouble of doing the work, i think that says alot.:
BMW (some models have the whole strut made for them)
Benz
Mitsubishi
Nissan
Jauguar
Pontiac
Puegeot
There are few other and some of the cars listed it is not the bottom end models that have to use insert. So before you think because you have a Cavalier and it sucks well some one has a BMW and is doing the same thing.

"You can please some of the people some of the time but you can't please all the people'
all the time
its not hard i just think the fact of cutting your front struts scares people off
reading the instructions online overwhelmed me but it was easy to do when I actually got to do it. After that, I did it for my friends sentra ser spec-v.... cake
I think part of the problem people have with them is you lose your factory fronts... you can't gp back to stock unless you buy some new/used struts..... which shouldn't be big deal, if you have Koni's and want to go back to stock your gay, or your selling your J which also makes you gay.
i got full replacements so i could keep my sotckers and for ease of install. but my stock was blown anyway, so that was all moot
I may run 18s, but I can do your taxes in 10 seconds flat.
You should be able to get stock housings to use with the Konis for free. Just go to your nearest Chevy dealer and ask them to save the next set they take off a car for you. They're just going to throw them out anyway.
