My @!#$ty plastic boot on drivers side axle ripped. So I replaced the axle 2 weeks ago then it happened again!!
Do you guys know where I can find some rubber boots that will work on our axles?
You can compare them both

I honestly dont want to spend $699 for those axles.. cuz I only need those boots.
Ive emailed them, still waiting for a response. But just wanted to know if anyone on here can help me with that.
Thanks!
Did you even TRY and find the root cause? I bet that if you do that you'll save yourself $699.
There has to be a reason you tore 2 boots in 2 weeks. Go find it.
I used to race cars, now I race myself.

im sure there is something in the way of ur axle
I may run 18s, but I can do your taxes in 10 seconds flat.
well looks like I've been riding it toooooo low.
Those plastic boots isnt stretchable so it rips easily at its sharp angle. I just need rubber ones so that will be more flexible at its angle and wont rip again.
Airride does it all the time if you ride to low. Mine ripped both axles after only 1.5mo of the bags. I agree though find the boots!!!!!!!! I need to invest into a couple myself!

at first time.. right side boot ripped
at second time.. left side boot ripped
I dont think it touches any where in the way from what I can see....
You can buy them new from GM... new ones will be more flexible than old ones.... for a bit, at least....
^^ sure Id do that, if there is no any other choice.
but Redecocav's 03.. it still rips and its still kinda new.
i had an issue with my boot getting ripped up on one side, and it was the strut mount, rather the bearing plate that allows the spring to spin.
what happened was the the plate was almost completely seized an whenever i turned the wheel it would stretch the spring and cause the supension have some crazy camber, and turning with bad camber and hitting a bump caused the swaybar bushing to hit the boot and rip it open
