How cold does it have to get for valves to freeze on an air ride setup, i.e. easystreet?

If there is no moisture in the system then it is not likely to have them stick. Get a water trap and drain regularly. But to answer your question... I would assume around freezing at least.

they shouldnt freeze. i talked to jim at easystreet and there are people there that run their bags year run with the valves mounted outside in 15 degree weather and they never freeze.

like stated if you dont have a water trap then they might since all that water is getting into your tank. also try taking the valve apart and clean the rubber seal, it might have debris on it and could be sticking

Thanks alot guys. I'm going to be running a water trap for sure, and I will drain that and my tank regularly.
