Megan Racing springs

Are these decent springs for an '03 cavy? I've been looking at Eibach Sportline springs, but someone has offered me a low-mileage set of Megan Racing springs. Does anyone have any experience with these Megan Racing springs?

in the case of megan springs... you get what you pay for... they arent progressive rated springs, and you will def need a strut with high dampening as the spring rates of these things are higher than some coilovers.

be warned.

Events right about the stiff part but my new Teins aren't progressive rate either and they ride great ! Just check the spring rates and make sure you have a strut to handle them and youshould be ok. They will however always be stiff springs.

Oh no doubt ! When I compaired the spring rates I about fell off my chair ! The Teins weren't much past stocks but the Megans! WOOF! The fronts are like 380psi and the rears are like 250 psi ( going off memory here so I could be a little off )

Dani, my advice is if they're free then your getting an OK deal. If you have to pay much for them then pass and get some Teins or another first rate brand. You SOOO get what you pay for !
