Why would you guess that? Just because he broke a damn lug stud? @!#$ man that's an @!#$ attitude right there. I snapped, I think 5 or 6 studs last year AND I DON'T EVEN HAVE RIMS. They are weak pieces of @!#$ and if you stress them at all they have a fun tendency to snap in half.
Now to actually answer the question....yes you can replace just one. Not hard to do at all. Just go to any parts store and ask for a new one, it should only cost a couple bucks.

as i recall, i asked a question. No attitude was present.
Also you may have but as i recall you also recently killed that motor. Real smart right there.

There was no question in that reply at all...just a smart ass comment
And as for your motor comment...At lesat I have the balls and ability to push my car to its limits. Nothing stupid in that. Things tend to break when you race your car as hard as I do and when you push the limits like I do. Good try though but all you've done is failed at making a smartass comment AGAIN. When you get the guts to try half the stuff I do, on and off the track, in your car give me a call...then you can try and be a hardass and call me stupid. Until then just go back to your little hole and stay there.

I've neer snapped or seen a lug stud snapped unless they nuts were not properly tightened or they didn't have hub-centric rings w/ rims. I've got El Feugo's back on this one (smartass or not).
I snap them all the time but you also have to consider that I am removing and installing my front lug nuts at least twice a week (at the track to put the DRs on and take them off) and probably touched them more last year than most ever will. I put more abuse and strain on my parts than most so I see things that aren't normal.

the only time i snapped one off was when i was tighten one of the rears and i was not watching what i was doing. made it too tight and snap, the lug snapped.
far as the fronts. have not broken those yet. and i change my tires out every week at the track since i also use drag radials. i jsut tourqe them down with a tourqe wrench

Im a Xbox 360 fanboy...and damn proud of it!!
I torque mine everytime to 95lb/ft. I know the spec is 100 but I've always used 95 and never had a problem. I guess I just abuse mine too much.
