Front crossmember swaybar bushing holes

I've got a '99 cav with no swaybar and want to know if the front crossmembers on the non-swaybar cars already have the holes drilled (and probably weldnuts) in place to accomadate a factory swaybar. The Haynes manuel doesn't show a good picture of the bushing mounting location. I would hope it does, but it wouldn't surprise me if GM skimped out on that step if the car didn't come with a front swaybar.

Holes are there, one bolt no (need to get one from a dealer), other bolt is there.
