well thats wrong. those springs lower 1.8" and agxs will barely handle that. plus kyb only offers the warrenty on those struts up to 1.5" so putting anything lower on those struts is a waste

eBay is typically the cheapest, but just like BC98 said, plenty of misinformation on there.
In this case they're quite wrong, as pointed out. Those springs will blow those struts given time.
