Need Front Hub Torque Spec - Suspension and Brake Forum

Need Front Hub Torque Spec

Could anyone with a Manual look up the torque spec for the Front hub bearing on an 02 Cavy? Id appreciate. Im away from home and dont have my manual but, Im getting a humming sound from the front End while driving. I just neeed the tourqe spec.

For my Timken replacement it was 180 lb. ft. As far as what i've been told, they are all at or around that number. I hope that helps and goodluck replacing the bearing. Remember when replacing it, use blue threadlocker on those 3 bolts that hold the bearing to the steering knuckle and torque them to 70 lb. ft.

160ft-lbs. But 180 works too.

^^^with the stock one its 160, but most of the replacement hub assemblies say 180.
