I have my air suspension and one of wheel stick in at the top and i already had Alignment on it, so do i need a camber kit or not. Here is pic of how it looks

yea thats like way off. id take it back to the shop. mine when all the way down, barely looks bowed in
I have my struts adjusted to the most negative you can get out of them, and yet layed out they dont look that slanted, maybe its the angle?

so if i get the shop to fix the wheel will it keep on happen because of me payin the the switch or should i just get the camber ket so when it or if it happen again i can do it myself.
Your Airstrut should be able to adjust it out.
