anyone have a good strut tower brace that fits a 2200 right with no modification or moving the ecu. the last one i had made the hood not line up with fenders correctly when closed. in other words the hood had a nasty hump in it. so i got rid of it. It was a Vibrant type V. so now im looking for one that fits right. and where to get it.

Pretty sure you still have to move the ECU but I also know there are different versions of the GM brace so some might account for the ECU bracket.
There are four different numbers, and two different "designs". The only real difference is that one has a mount location for the ECU, the other does not.
get the dc sports eco tec strut bar , it will fit with no problems and no moving the pcm
the 02 2200 which you have is the same set up as the 02-05 eco
thanx, where can I get a GM one and how much? and the DC one and how much?
I have the vibrant combo (front and rear) and have no problem with it hitting the hood.
GM run about $15 junk yard to about $50 online GM?
DC is $90 from SCO.
