Hey guys, ive noticed this werid noise coming from from my car lately, it only happens when i hit the brakes hard, or let the clutch out in 1st.. like when i give it i hear it.. its not all the time, but its been doing this for a week or two

i asked my shop what they thought it was when i got my tires balanced, and they thought that my rear strut mounts are gone, BUT, it sounds like its coming from the front passenger side, and i can feel it in the floor when it does it...


anyone know what this could be?

D@mn your lucky. I've been feeling this for the last 20,000 miles. I had my front strut mounts replaced (under warranty), took off the strut bar, and the noise is still there. The dealership gave up.

I was researching this too and found that a lot of people have problems with the sway bar bushings. When those were replaced the "popping" went away. That's what I'm having the dealership try next.
