Neon Rear Disc Swap Question

This is more theoretical than anything else, but, if yous wapped for neon rear discs, would say a neon "big brake" style kit for the back bvrakes on a neon work on the converted J-body?

I think there's a Brembo upgrade for the SRT-4 rears. I don't know if it would work or not, or how expensive it would be.

I imagine you could but then you are buying the stock neon parts, then the neon big brake kit, instead of just a cavalier kit. Seems like a waste of money to me!! Unless neon BBK's are much cheaper then a j-body's.

I haven't seen the particulars of the Brembo kit. I don't know if it uses the Neon caliper mounting bracket or not. if it did, and the machining that's needed to fit to the J hub didn't interfere, you should be able to use it.
I would think that the Brembo upgrade would be as much as, if not more, than the Baer upgrade. that's the main reason for doing the Neon conversion in the first place. it's a lot cheaper.
