Any car can be dropped. It's just finding the springs can be a bit difficult sometimes.
All three generations of J-Bodies have lowering springs available... just have to search around.
The suspension between 1st and 2nd gens is essentially the same (springs, struts, shocks, etc. About the only real difference is the front brakes and spindles.
