just wondering what grease i should use for the sway bar bushings in i install them?
None, or Lithium based if you really feel you need it.
Prothane makes a nice grease specifically designed for poly suspension components. I bought a tube of it for a separate grease gun from Summit for like 20 bux. Or you can buy it in little packets, just like they include with their bushing kits.

You should at least grease the two center frame connection bushings. Its important that the bar moves as freely as possible in them. If our bars werent 1-piece a spherical bushing would work even better, as it would have little to no resistance and wouldnt deflect under load.

A standard roller bearing should be good enough. axial deflection should be awfully minimal, especially when being held at two points along the axis. Hmm. There's an idea. But how to get it on over the end of the bar.....
Yes, a roller bearing would work great too.
How about an oversized bearing with a two-piece split bronze or steel bushing to take up the extra space once they are in place. The system could be held together using split locking collars on either side of the bearing/bushings.
