well in our family beater we found out that the rear axle is cracked, so the whole thing needs replaced, or at least thats what i would assume, does anyone know how difficult this will be to replace?

its pretty easy to replace after the 2 struts , there is 2 more bolts that hold it in
although id unhook the brakes from the axle before taking the axle out , so you dont have to bleed the brakes
Four big bolts, two brake lines, one e-brake cable, and one abs sensor cable.
I could do it in 1 hour easily. Average joe can do it in an afternoon with the tools.
ohhhh thats great news, we should be able to bang it out pretty quick, rich uncle has a lift and every tool we would ever need, thanks again guys
