Ok, when i press on my brakes my rear drumbs lock up and drag, but this only happens after a snow fall... i also brought it to th egarge to get it checked out, and there was nothing wrong... soo can someone help me??

sounds like a traction issue to me. I could be wrong though.

Buy a can of brake cleaner. Take the drums off. Use can liberally.
Check for leaks in the brake cylinder (between top of shoes). Drum brakes stick when they get small amounts of oil in them (such as a leaky brake cylinder).
Is your ABS light lit up?
i have the same problum, but only the first time i break ,like when i first start the car . if i step on the break real hard it helps stop it too.
My right rear break does it when it rains or snows. But, I can't figure it out either.

if it's only after it snows then you might be getting moisture in the brake, although that would normally make it brake less, not lock up......if i remember right.
