Hi everyone... I have the opportunity to do a large buy of S-Tech and/or H-Tech springs from Tein for the Cavaliers/Sunfires... and if there is interest for them, I'd like to get a GP running.
I could do $139 for the springs, with around $25 on the shipping in the US... Who would be interested? Comments or thoughts, please post them here...
I need to know who would be interested & buying before the end of this week.
S-Tech
Drop is 1.7" Front and 1.5" Rear
H-Tech
Drop is 1.1" Front and 1.0" Rear

I may be interested, but I would like to see some pics of both sets of springs on a car. I have not been able to find pics of the h. techs on a car yet.......
I'm interested. I guess I'll have to keep my ears open and see if this is a go.

does anyone have pics of the H. Techs on their car.....i have the S. techs but not installed and i would consider the H. Techs greatly if i can get a picture of them installed.
other than the height difference, what other differences between the H and S tech springs?

In case anyone didn't know. Tein designs their S.Tech and H. Tech to be used with stock dampers. I have Tein documentation in my posesion stating that information. Whether that information applies to j-body struts however is unknown to me.
Wiked, the height difference also indicates a spring stiffness difference. The lower springs are stiffer.
specific information regarding these springs is available here:

Those H-tech's sound nice. How many do you need for a min?
We're putting up the group purchase for the Tein S-Tech & H-Tech lowering springs, it include the Super Streets & Basics at a GP price as well... watch for it to be posted within the next day or two.
I have MANY sets of springs on order.... but the GP pricing will be limited to the 1st 10 orders on the springs (S-Tech or H-Tech).

jason,
could you send me an e-mail with a price quote for S-techs and struts that will be able to handle the drop? Shipped to Toepka Ks 66605.
And could I run H-techs and stock struts and have a decent ride?
thanks man
what is is yo
Da Dood - Please wait for the GP to start... it should get running any time now. The GP price on the springs is $139 and shipping is $25 within the US.
I'll need to know what struts you'll want to get in order to quote. There will be a few strut options included with the group purchase. KYB, Tokico, Koni...
I am still new to the Tein line-up so I can't tell you for sure if you can use the H-Tech springs on stock struts and have it ride well... I've heard/seen it posted a few times that it should, but that's just hear-say.

I'll be checking the GP forum for the next couple of days waiting...

We're doing a bit of assuming here: But if the H-Techs are about the same spring rate as SusTechs then they're boarderline for what the stock struts can handle. They should work; but I would recommend a strut upgrade to at least GR2s or HPs. YMMV.
seems like everyone is only going after the H techs, i figured people would want a little more of a drop especially on our factory rockclimbers
