Im looking to invest in s a set of struts. I was looking at the KYB AGX's(any recommendations?). Anyone have these? Do they perform well, and give a nice drop? I own a 96 cavalier z24. I willing to spend around $500usd+/-

AGx's are ok

go with the tokico D spec best strut in my opinion for our cars and its a direct bolt in.

AGX's are also a direct bolt in, however its not reccomended to go more than 1.5 inches down as it will void the warranty. I've gotten away with running them on my AGX's.

Koni-yellows (require cutting the stock front struts).
D-specs

Both allow you to lower the car more than 1.5 inches. Struts do not lower the car, they do however affect how it rides.

If your looking for an agressive drop I'd reccomend purchasing the Gravana coilover kit which has both height, and strut body length adjustment.
