If I were to brake somewhat hard (and not downshift) there is a metal on metal "bang" noise, driver side, it does not do it when I accelerate nor turn left or right, only brake, as if something is loose. I have checked ball joint (it is 2 weeks old),
Could it be the strut mount?
The tie rod is leaking grease out of the seal but it still holds alot of grease... the control arm is as tight as I can get it, sway bar endlinks are 2 weeks old but the D bushings look to be stock.

well, mostly hear it, its quite loud, almost like a "pop". If I were to sit on an incline (driveway) and just go back and forth (front to back) it would make the noise only when I stop, never accelerating, its pissing me off
Maybe something with the brake pads, but I have looked over them and they are brand new themselves.
