Hey! Does anyone else have a problem with the AGX nut on top (the one inside the engine bay) coming loose? I was driving around yesterday and I heard a clicking, and sure enough the nut had to be tightened down.

or hit it a few times with an impact wrench.
They shouldn't come loose at all.

I disagree with all the above suggestions. You shouldn't have a problem with the lock nuts coming loose. Maybe you got a bad nut. If you call KYB I'm sure they will send you some new ones for free. Try those and if you continue to have a problem put some red lock-tite on there.

OK guys, apparently I talked to some people here and they have the same problem. Will be contacting KYB in the near future. As for the impact, that is what I used to put them on the first place. I will also be trying loctite as well. BTW, both sides were coming loose, but the driver's side was worse.
Thanks!

Never install the top nut with an impact unless you can keep the strut shaft from spinning at the same time.
Also, if you want to save yourself some time and purchase your own lock nuts, the threading on AGX's is M14X1.5
Thanks for the advice Zach. I already e-mailed them, since I am not at a phone right now.
