I have a 2001 z24 with AGX's and Eibach Pro kit. I noticed it was progressively riding rougher, so i crawled under and the right rear strut is done, strut oil everywhere. They have only been on the car 3 months and i bought them new. Has anyone else had problems with this combo?
send it back. they will be able to tell if it was abused for not. more than likely they will send you a new strut
99% sure it was a defect in manufacturing.
Send it back in. They'll replcae it free. Unless you have seriously abused it (ProKit and crazy driving are normal)
I agree. You should have no problem getting it replaced under warranty.
My AGX's are on H&R springs and I've abused the piss out of them and don't have any problems.
Should be replaced under warranty. The prokit works excelent with the agx's, it must have been defective from the factory. AGX's are good shocks, not many people have any problems with them.
