How low does it go in the front? and did you remove any of the inner fenders and roll the fenders ect.? thanks guys
the aim kit does not go low in the front. My old sunfire had the aim kit on it...
so its not like the easy street kit, cuz with my buddy's be took all the plastic out cut the fenders and he lays the engine brace on the ground. well i guess that means i go with the easy street. thanks and hows the progress on the car?
lol i'll laugh my ass off when you buy aim
im not gonna but what is your opinion on it?
on aim? lol aim is crap. everything they make breaks with in a day to a week. cheap plastic fittings, cheap metal for their cylinders, cheap everything. if you wanna know more about aim check out the s10 forum and search for aim. you'll be readin' for hours
well right now my car is on chassis tech struts, has been for over a year now and have no problems with them at all, just does not get low enough that`s all
ia m using air ride tech compressor system
can i haz bondo
i see im gonna go easy street when i get the money. i love my buddys on the easystreet
I had almost 3 years on my aim kit and never really had too much of a problem. So, myself personally, do not have anythnig bad to say about AIM.
As for the new sunfire, things are going well, the rear end was completed last night. Matty welded in the shock mounts and bolted in the shocks (using nissan hardbody shocks) and I grabbed measurements so my new fuel cell can be made. Hopefully there will be pics very shortly with the car on the ground tucking the 22s
in like the last year and a half almost 2 years ive seen alot of people complainin' about them. i know they went through a change about 2 yrs ago and maybe this is the result of it
bagdfire's girl on his car needs a cheesburger...

Does your friends car have some tiny ass tires? Because a stock height tire on a J-body will not lay out anything on a stock height tire.
Trust me. I know. I cut out everything that touched my tires and it would not get that low.
I am all that is man
well we brought out the good old trusty hammer and his tires dont hit anything on the front. thats how we did it. its not the prettiest for now but oh well
OK. You still didnt answer my question.
What size tires does he have? ANyone who knows what they are talking about when it comes to air ride and J bodies knows that its very hard to lay the front out with stock height tires.
I am all that is man
uhh i think 205/50's there is only a few times when we drop it that it doesnt hit that bar.
easystreet struts dont go that low unless you make something custom up front for mounting
alright well i dont know what else to tell you guys but the engine cradle the thing on the driver side of the car hits the ground so i dont know what else to say, since none of you believe me
