I saw a 1992 cav. and it says it has a v6 is this a mistake or could it have been changed? here is the vin. 1G1JF14T8N7145968 Thanks
Yes, "T" is the letter for the 3.1 V6.
so the third gen t is a for the 2.4, but the sec. gen is a 3.1. I wasn't sure. Were these pretty common?
The 3.1? Every Z model from 91-94 had them. And many of the RS models too. Before that, is was the 2.8 V6. So yeah, they're pretty common.
I have a V6 RS. Easy to find and tons of fun. Mine is a four door, but it was only $500. New front struts and new rockers panels and she's ready for the street.
