Is there a relay or fuse somewhere for the pop-up headlight motor? I have tried different motors, and they still don't work .......

No fuse, just the controller, which is protected by a fusible link.
K...this fusable link is a new thing to me. I remember seeing it in the chiltons. Is it just a piece of wire you replace? do you know where it is? or where the controller might be?

The controller is mounted to the driver's side strut tower, held on by one upper mount nut. Its a black plastic box. The fusible link is located somewhere close to the battery positive terminal. Its not on the main starter wire, its on another wire, maybe 8 or 10 gauge. It looks like a glass style fuse holder, but a bit bigger, and it doesn't open. Its basically a big, non-replaceable fuse. When it blows, you replace the whole link. I don't have the diagram right in front of me, but I'm pretty sure there are a few other things on the link, so if everything else works fine, its probably the controller.
