Manual steering on Phase 2???

Will the 89 or 90 model phase 1 maual rack "bolt up" on a 91 Z? If the rack will "bolt up" what else needs to be changed? As for as the idler pulley to replace the ps pump that will be no problem for me to fab up. I have heard something about the steering coupler having to be changed??? Thanks in advance for any help.

Big difference between a manual rack and a power rack with no power assist to it. A manual rack gives you a better feel for the road.

Just as Distant said, it does give a really good feel for the road. Plus less drag on engine so that means more HP to the wheels, less weight, more room behind engine, one less system to spring a leak, and a big plus better gas mileage on interstate.
