I have the screwdriver chillin in the spark plug hole... the car is in neutral...
the crank pully will not rotate by hand.... do i need to put a tool on it or somethin...
BTW im installing my roller rockers and the engine is 93 2.2
I found a 1/2 drive and 15 or 22mm socket on a large "Breaker Bar" works best. You could try a "Cheater Starter" looks like a handle with two wire and "gator clips"on the end. You hook it the the battery and the key power on the starter (one post with the little wire hooked to it) pull the trigger and it turns the engine over. Handiest tool I've ever found. Later

"Get In, Sit Down, Shut Up, and Hold On!"
The 2.2 crank nut is 18mm. I used a wrench. Did you pull the rest of the plugs out? It'll be a b!tch to turn over with them in.
Get a momentary toggle two pole. Connect about 4 feet of wire to each pole. Hook one wire to 12+, and hook the other to your starter soliniod. If you'r installing rockers i would think you could figure out what goes where. bump the toggle, the motor turns over. One of the best frieebie tools ever, right up there with a big stick.
You will be at TDC with the piston at the top and both valves closed.
God bless America.
