Where to get that plastic clip on my door window?
Saturday, December 17, 2005 1:35 AM
Hey, I'm back! O'well I need to know where to get the stupid little plastic clip anyone know?
I just got this car, it's a little rusty and that clip is missing it's the one that keeps the glass in the track so the windows can go up and down (just to be clear) This and the turn signal arm being broken are my two main "buzz kills", well that and it's a 2.0 Automatic!

If I could find rocker panels and rear 1/4's I'd put the 2.2 and five speed I still have from my last Cavalier (a '90). I'd also change the door to which I have both sides but, power windows and door locks would make the swap harder then I need right now, and I want to keep the power windows at the very least. So any help I could get on this would be great Thanks. Later

The clips on the back of the window I got at Advance Auto. It was only like $3 or $4 each. The front one is a dealer only item. It was only about a dollar at the dealer.

What Company? I really need one the dumb window didn't work without it and the stupid sunroof doesn't stay up! I'm ready to rip my hair out!
I've got everything working but the sunroof , window, cruise, and a/c . It's a pain, the A/C I'll deal with in the spring , cruise I couldn't careless about, but, the window come on I need that.

I looked on Advance/Parts america site but I guess they dont have them anymore. Now for the bad news, Napa can order them.

BK6651716 $3.49 you will need two of these. They go on the back of the window.

BK6651717 $3.69 Only need one of these. It fits the front.

Thanks guys.
I'll check around this week I don't have to drive it much yet. I've got plates on it and that most likely isn't going to happen tomorrow, last time I tried the DMV on a Monday i was there like two hours!
