well its kinda back...

i restored from backup 01/24/2005... (my dumba$s left the newer backups on the server.. i figured the worst that would happen was the db to crash and i could restore through PHPMyAdmin through my Plesk consol.... i never dreamed the whole server would burn down)

i only have about 50 of James Cahill's posts there... and thats including how many are in the Moderator forum though which i havent counted or gone through yet... ...

well, since day one i've been on 2nd gen.... although i've moved up to a 3rd gen.

however im coming back old skewl and bring the 2g back home soon

I started browsing the org mid november of 2004 but finally joined in january of this year. but in the past couple of months things have been changing up and I haven't been around here much lately. technically, I no longer own my 2nd gen so I might fade away a bit. that's another topic.

Thats ok, I have almost all of the info stored on my external back up drive.

I haven't yet seen alot of people post in this thread. Probably because they don't visit very often. I'm the oldest to post yet (yes....I'm an old man ). I joined in Aug 99, so my join date doesn't even show up in my profile. I think I was member number 2300 or something. I'm surprised I've been around longer than girlracer. I know there are quite a few that have been here longer than me.

check the vintage forum... i think its still up. you may be able to get your member number off that james.

One year since the 9th. and i loving evrey second

I've been here maybe 2 months, my older bro gave me his 2nd gen bc i needed a car, I had to pay 8 cents today on the declared value of $1, i've already put over $1500 into it though, with a safety, new tie rods, muffler, cat, egr valve, plugs, wires, and a few other things, hopefully it'll be etested soon and pass. but i'm at over 253000 km and the car is still running pretty strong, i could use some new dampers though, but they'll come soon enough

I joined November 29 of 2004, so I have been a member for about a year. I was away from here for quite a while though.

I got my car Dec. 15th, 2000 so I know I didn't know about this site before then. I knew about v6z24 and I tried to join with a different username but it never worked then i finally joined under another username like a year later.

But I'm still more old skool than some of these people
