ok so heres what happens, i turn the key to the on position and all of the power works(cd player, neons, gauges etc.) but then when i turn the key over to the start position all of it cust off, and nothing happens. engine doesnt make a noise, doesnt turn over at all. and all of the power inside (gauges etc.) shuts off as well. wtf???
its not the battery, it has a good charge and a jump start wont do anything (already tried)

OK
That's a classic sign of a bad connection-when the starter tries to draw lots of amps to operate it drops all of the volts at the bad connection,
It could be at either end of:-
the positive cable ( Battery or Starter)
The Negative cable (Battery or the chassis grounding point)
A bad connection will get warm to the touch if you try to start for a long time.
In your case it looks as if the bad connection kills everything before you have time to get it warm.
Try all these points by disconnecting the battery and then removing, inspecting and cleaning all four points, clean the chassi where the earth cable connects..
This assumes the battery and the starter are OK
Hope this helps
Alont
