Help with Possible Suspension Problem...
Saturday, October 15, 2005 6:26 AM
Hey Guys,

Okay here is the deal, i have just got finished putting in new front struts (KYB) i know they are the best but it is a winter beater. Also new ball joints and tierod ends. Pollieurathane link kit and Eibach lowering springs. New upper strut mounts. new wheel bearings as well.

The thing is the front is still feelling and sound loose my last cav did this as well but not like this one.

Wondering if anyone know what it might be or is it just age.

94 sunbird.

Thank you

Justin

im gonna guess the inner tie rod bushings are toast. they are tough to change if you get the oem bushings, but moog makes a 2 peaice urethane bushing and tightens the steering right up (they are the same bushings jbp sells as their own urethane bushings, but they cos ta lot less).

i agree.. i helped to change one at the '05 V6Z24 bash. the 2 piece ones go in pretty easy.. with the V6 in the way it's not the most fun but we did it.. lol
