Clutch options

WHat are some Clutch options for the 2.0 OHC Sunbird? I only see cluthches and flywheels for the 2.0 first gen sunbirds. Nothing for the 2.0 second gens. I am looking to eplace my current clutch with a stage 1 upgrade kit. I think I have the Izuzu 5-speed tranny. But I don't know which model Izuzu and if it'll even work.
