aftermarket front bumper.

Times coming up I have to find what I need for my car. I already think I know where Im getting the front quarter panels from. I still need a trunk lid, preferably from a z24 so it has the holes I need. Ive asked before what front bumpers are a stock fit on my car. So far its only been the fx front. I dont really like the look as much as others. Ive heard horror stories about the diza front, but just a little hole filling I can do. I really like the survivor front bumper, but was told that it doesnt fit phase 2 cars. Am I stuck with the vader kit?

the horror stories are somewhat overrated, diza's bumpers turn out okay. mainly their customer service could use some help.

...yes, but is it fast?

If you can fit a phase 1 Z kit on a phase 2, I doubt it would be much work to fit an aftermarket bumper.

the biggest thing with the fx and diza kit on a phase 2 is it has the huge gap between the headlights and bumper. the only thing i have seen around that is to swap in phase 1 headlights. i helped do it on one car and it actualy looks realy good in the end

I heard something like the bumper wouldnt extend far enough to the wheel wells if the bumper is ment for a phase 1 cav. If at all possible, I'd love to have the survivor front on my car. Is the only problem extending the part of the bumper that is in front of the headlights? if so, I could get creative.

fenders between the ph1 and 2 are identical so it should fit no problem, like mentioned above its only the headlights that make it look funny,if u really want the survivor kit i would suggest gettin ph 1 lights

Survior bumper... Quality SUCKS! and fitment was 1inch short on my driver side fender... took some fiberglassing but i finially got it ligned up right.

also there slow and making shipping almost complicated. Make sure u have it shipped to a buiness or else Yellow Express will call your house saying come and pick up your @!#$.

Ok, so survivor bumper being out. I assume the diza front bumper has the same gap problem. Is this an up and down gap? like something that should almost be shimable? or a front to back gap?
