i dont know what it is but under the car mat its always wet sometimes soaking.doubt there's a hole undernaeth the car. it was only on the drivers side now its also on passenger.thanks in advance for any info.

Ive heard about bad leaks under the driver side cowling, that can drip into the cab...
yea its proly the cowling leaking just take the cover off and see if the seam sealer is dry rotted or pieling if it is scrape it out and reseal it
where is the cowling located
Its the plastic piece between the hood and the windshield, it has the holes for the wiper arms...
do this first. open up the hood and look in the corners where hood arms are. my car leaks water from those corners because they rust bad. see if that's the problem.
