anyone here have any knowledge of anyone who has turbo charged either the 2.8L v6 z24 or the 2.0L OHV thats in the 1988 cav? I read the "boost" forum a bit, but most of that is for the third gen engines. Just wondering how difficult it would be to boost a 2nd gen.
no harder than any other car... all the steps are the same, parts just become harder to find....

nonsense, parts can be easy to come by if you look, ebay. Try and find some tgp parts 3.1 are the same as 2.8. I just bought a whole tgp motor

Yup. however, have the exhaust fabricated. keep the engine mount. trust me
i went the other route just to go there, and its not fun fabricating your own engine mounts.
